Calendar head production machine

The AG-500 automatic machine can produce 500 fluffy heads per hour. The device’s containers can hold materials for 100 heads, ensuring 10 minutes of continuous machine operation. The operator’s task is to regularly replenish the material containers for head production and empty the container with finished heads, a process that takes about 2-3 minutes.

The control panel provides smooth operation of the device. The user can enter 10 different programs for specific products. You can also set a specific quantity of the product to be produced.

Device efficiency: 500 pieces per hour.

Semi-automatic calendar gluing and head wrapping machine

The KG-400 device practically performs the entire calendar production process.

In the first configuration, it glues the calendar by attaching the timetable and head to the backs. The operator is responsible for arranging the backs on the worktable at the device’s pace, which is every 8 seconds. The glued calendars are taken from the conveyor located directly under the worktable, where they are stacked in stacks of 10. Timetables and heads are taken from containers located on the other side of the device.

In the second configuration, fluffy calendar heads are produced. The operator places the casewrap in the slot of the worktable, after which the device applies glue to two parallel folds of the casewrap, inserts the cardboard, and glues the two sides of the head. Then, the operator partially transfers the glued head to the adjacent slot, rotating it by 90 degrees and completing the first slot with casewrap. In the second slot, the remaining sides of the calendar are glued. The entire cycle takes about 12 seconds.

The control panel ensures easy use of the device. The user can enter 10 different gluing programs for specific products, with the remaining part of the setting process takes place manually. Switching the device from one function to another takes about 20 minutes.

Both functions use PUR glue.

Device performance: 400 pieces per hour for calendars and 250 pieces per hour for heads.

Calendar gluing machine

The AK-500 automatic machine is designed for precise gluing of calendars on calendar backs. This process is automatic, where both timetables and backs are taken from vertical bins. After gluing, the calendar is placed in a vertical container. These containers can hold material for 200 calendar pieces.

After gluing, the calendar gently descends onto a stack of calendars in the container. This gente process allows the use of dispersion (wet) glue, which ensures reliable connection of calendars to backs with various coatings.

The operator’s task is to monitor the machine’s operation, replenish and empty the containers every 20 minutes.

The control panel ensures smooth operation of the device. The user can enter 10 different programs tailored to specific products. The device automatically adjusts all parameters according to the saved program. There is also the option to define the specific quantity of products to be produced.

Device performance: 500 pieces per hour.
